Salata was born due to Berge Simonian's observation that customers at his small restaurant requested for healthier food, especially freshly-made vegetable salads. He opened the first Salata in October 2005 and he has continued to offer his customers premium salads that meet the requirements for satisfaction and nutrition.
Diners in Salata restaurants can create their own customized freshly-made salads and salad wraps from the wide range of premium ingredients available. The choices include fresh and cooked vegetables, premium meats, and fresh herbs and spices, as well as gluten-free dressings and sauces. The Salata prices may be on the more expensive side but when the high quality of the ingredients are considered, these are completely justified.
After choosing the ingredients, these can be either tossed in a bowl or wrapped in your choice of wrap. In either case, the delicious flavors remain. But if you want to enjoy salads without worrying about what goes into them, then you may want the pre-mixed salads made by the chefs.
