About Twin Peaks
Scott Gordon and Randy DeWitt founded Twin Peaks in Lewisville, Texas in 2005. Their vision: To create a restaurant that serves its customers with great-tasting food and ice-cold draft beer in a mountain sports lodge-themed setting. Judging by the accolades it continues to receive, such as Bloomberg Businessweek's America's Fastest Growing Restaurant Chain, the founders are successful in their goal!
The chain of sports bars-slash-restaurants features waitresses in revealing uniforms, usually ones that bare the cleavage, midriff and legs, which can either be themed or seasonal. These breastaurants, as these places are colloquially referred to, also have a wilderness lodge theme. The slogan – Eats. Drinks. Scenic Views – sums up the chain's general direction in growth.
The menu features a mix of Southern, Southwest, and American cuisines with items like twin cheeseburgers, mozzarella bites, pulled pork nachos, and venison chili, to name a few. The restaurants also offer a wide range of alcoholic drinks including beers, which are poured into huge frosted mugs at a 29-degree angle. The Twin Peaks prices are reasonable so there's always the opportunity to enjoy to your heart's content.
