About Fleming's Steakhouse

The Fleming's Steakhouse prices are on the high-end category but this is to be expected from an upscale steakhouse. Known as Fleming's Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar, the chain's first restaurant opened in Newport Beach, California in 1998. Today, there are more than 60 locations across the United States, and their current owner is Bloomin' Brands.

Since its founding, the chain strives to provide its customers with excellent American cuisine with the star being the steaks made from the finest USDA Prime beef. The meat has been aged and grilled to perfection, a trademark of Fleming's in all of its restaurants.
